How brand elevation helped a jewellery business achieve a multi-million pound exit
Recollections is a British jewellery company that specialises in creating fingerprint and handwriting keepsakes for funeral homes. When we first began working together in 2019, the business was already trading very successfully as a £1m per year business, with a significant proportion coming from its long-standing partnership with Co-op Funeralcare.
The challenge
Their ambition was far greater: to scale to £5m within 3–5 years and to achieve an £8m–£10m sale by 2025. The business went on to achieve a multi-million pound sale in 2023 — two years ahead of their original goal.
